Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 trend forecasts using predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership on disruptive technology vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future societal shifts
- Establish foresight frameworks for climate resilience and human augmentation markets
- Author thought leadership publications on ethical AI and post-human economy implications
- Maintain competitive intelligence database for emerging startups and academic breakthroughs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D planning, or innovation consulting
- Published portfolio demonstrating trend prediction accuracy (2018-2025)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodologies, and causal layered analysis
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech landscapes
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable product roadmaps
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
