Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast global trends in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable energy to develop 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with cross-functional teams to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Author high-impact white papers and predictive models published in industry journals and policy forums
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into R&D pipelines
- Represent the company at Davos-style summits and futurist conferences as a thought leader
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Horizon Academy' development program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Published portfolio demonstrating predictive accuracy in technology or business forecasting
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi technique facilitation
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation initiatives
