- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic alignment
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or related field
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or MBA
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal megatrends
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency with AI-powered foresight tools and data visualization platforms
- Track record of influencing executive-level strategic decisions
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
