Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Create predictive models for market evolution and competitive landscapes in emerging sectors
- Design strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to exponential change scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future trends
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Advise leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity identification
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented organizational strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous information
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology publications
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic modeling frameworks
- Strong executive presence and communication skills for C-suite audiences
