Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions for emerging markets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to capture disruptive innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of innovation across the organization
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, technological disruptions, and societal trends affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies in tech, finance, or healthcare sectors
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
