Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into product development pipelines
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and media engagements
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation incubation program
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory landscapes to anticipate future compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD, CPSM)
- Published thought leader in technology or business futurism (portfolio required)
