Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive future scenario models and impact assessments for business units
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, think tanks, and futurist networks
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks across the organization
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies

- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
