Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological inflection points
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum-resistant security and AGI alignment
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Manage cross-functional R&D projects in climate adaptation and human-machine augmentation
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Build and lead a team of futurist researchers and technology ethicists
- Author white papers on emerging risks and opportunities in post-2025 tech landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology
- Proven track record in developing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in at least two domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on technological singularity implications
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong network with global innovation labs and think tanks
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
