Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership with data-backed impact projections
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all 2026 strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with proficiency in scenario modeling tools
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
