- Partner with R&D to prioritize disruptive R&D investments aligned with 2026 market projections
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Present future-vision briefings to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Establish KPIs to track innovation maturity and future-readiness across all divisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and exponential technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or disruptive innovation trends
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption preparedness
