Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for post-2025 market evolution
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruptive forces in tech, climate, and socio-economic shifts
- Develop predictive models for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-convergence)
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into R&D pipelines
- Author thought leadership reports on 2026+ industry transformations
- Manage a global network of futurist researchers and trend analysts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing future-ready roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech convergence patterns (AI, IoT, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) required
