- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic technology roadmaps
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Strong network connections with DARPA, MIT Media Lab, or similar institutions
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
