- Produce executive-ready future scenario reports and risk mitigation protocols
- Drive adoption of ethical innovation frameworks for next-gen human-AI symbiosis
- Mentor futurist apprentices and cultivate an organization-wide culture of anticipatory thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI governance frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or tech whitepapers
- Experience securing $1M+ budgets for experimental innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-to-market transitions
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
