Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio of 2026+ roadmaps or scenario-planning documents
- Experience translating foresight into product/market strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Deep knowledge of global megatrends reshaping 2026 labor, markets, and ethics
