Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch disruptive products/services
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to the executive board
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends (2025-2030 horizon)
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in innovation frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean Strategy, Design Thinking)
- Portfolio of at least 3 transformative projects launched in the past 5 years
