- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and Board of Directors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record of successfully implementing multi-year strategic initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-suite and external partners
