Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead ideation sessions for next-gen products and services using design thinking methodologies
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic initiatives to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor a team of 8 innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimentation
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or product development with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in agile methodologies and lean startup principles
- Deep understanding of Web3, AI ethics, and sustainable tech trends
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
