Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of the long-term product roadmap, identifying key milestones and strategic initiatives for the 2026 timeframe.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) that will impact our industry in the coming years.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering teams, and marketing departments to align product strategy with business goals.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with the Research and Development team to prototype and validate concepts that align with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets and resources to ensure the successful delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market shifts to ensure our product strategy maintains a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Technical Leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic plans with a focus on long-term goals (5+ years horizon).
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, digital transformation trends, and their potential business applications.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
