Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Lead the strategic planning and development of long-term technology roadmaps that align with business objectives and market trends.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies such as quantum computing, AI, and advanced cloud architectures.
- Architecture & Integration: Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures that support enterprise growth and modernize legacy infrastructure.
- Team Management: Mentor and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all technological implementations adhere to industry standards and robust security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing technology strategies with a focus on future trends and scalability.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern programming languages, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization.
