- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align cross-functional teams on the 2026 vision.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the strategic deployment of capital and human resources to maximize ROI on forward-looking projects.
- Innovation Incubation: spearhead pilot programs and R&D initiatives designed to test concepts for future market readiness.

Qualifications
