Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures specifically tailored for the operational demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focused on emerging technologies, including generative AI and edge computing.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-level executives to define technical milestones and deliverables for the 2026 strategic plan.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and scalability bottlenecks before they impact product development.
- Pilot Programs: Conceptualize and deploy prototypes for experimental technologies to validate feasibility.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; strong understanding of Cloud Native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker) and microservices.
- Future Tech Savvy: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration, blockchain, or quantum algorithms is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, multi-dimensional problems under tight deadlines.
