You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to decode signals from AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable economies. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and market expansion strategies for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and human behavior patterns to forecast opportunities and risks for 2026
- Develop and operationalize a 5-year strategic roadmap aligned with climate resilience and ethical AI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and customer experience design
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups in Web3, AR/VR, and neurotech
- Present quarterly horizon scans and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Mentor junior strategists and establish an internal futures intelligence network
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, futures consulting, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex trends into actionable business insights
- Experience leading global teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas markets
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, Business Strategy, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership on 2020+ tech disruptions
