Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech trends (Web4.0, sentient AI, neural interfaces)
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Build and manage an internal futurist incubator program
- Author thought leadership content for IEEE and Nature Technology Reviews
- Partner with academic institutions to shape research agendas
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with futurism focus
- Published research in top-tier journals on emerging tech (e.g., Nature, Science)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
