Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap development for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and prototype proof-of-concepts for 2026-era applications
- Establish cross-industry partnerships to accelerate innovation adoption
- Present future vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments toward high-impact, scalable solutions
- Mentor next-generation talent in strategic innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, biotech, space tech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
