As a key member of our C-suite advisory team, you'll collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering leaders to identify disruptive opportunities while mitigating future risks. You'll represent our voice at global tech summits and publish thought leadership that positions InnovateNext as the industry's compass for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology foresight strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional task forces evaluating emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI)
- Produce annual 'Tech Horizon' reports with actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Represent InnovateNext at Davos, CES, and specialized future-tech conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight think-tank
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, bio-computing, or AGI safety
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
