Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership or R&D management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal preferred
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Deep understanding of 2030 tech policy landscapes
