Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two frontier technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience building innovation pipelines and managing tech portfolios
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
