- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and edge AI deployment
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through strategic stakeholder alignment
- Publish 2+ industry white papers annually on emerging tech trends
- Mentor junior talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech consortiums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven 2026-future tech roadmap execution
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent field
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI or quantum systems
- Experience scaling engineering teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Track record of securing Series B+ funding for deep tech ventures
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
