Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps anticipating 2026 industry disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security systems
- Research and integrate AI ethics frameworks for autonomous decision-making
- Architect sustainable tech solutions addressing climate resilience challenges
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Patent minimum 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise-level tech innovations
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and decentralized systems
- Experience with scenario planning for global tech adoption
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating work on at least two 2025+ tech initiatives
