Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026+ technology adoption across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies for industry summits and government policy briefings
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and venture capitalists
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members using immersive AR/VR presentations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototyping next-generation solutions
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products that anticipate market shifts by 3+ years
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation strategies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and data visualization tools
- Public speaking experience at global tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
