Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes across AI, quantum, biotech, and metaverse domains
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps with 3-5 year predictive modeling capabilities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-facing innovations into development pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership at industry conferences
- Build and manage a global network of technology futurists and academic researchers
- Author white papers and scenario analyses for board-level strategic decisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technology adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record in predictive technology trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/metaverse)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Experience publishing in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating technology foresight work with measurable impact
