Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology foresight reports and 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech) for market impact
- Design innovation frameworks for exponential growth opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning
- Advise executive leadership on technology investments and pivots
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership content on technological disruption
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech evolution
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, innovation, or futurism leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record of successful tech transformation projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
