Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technology disruption
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and its societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication prowess
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or technology roadmap projects
