Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future market opportunities and threats
- Present foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation human-computer interfaces
- Develop patent strategies for emerging technologies in our innovation pipeline
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Experience translating foresight into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Proven track record of predicting tech adoption curves with 85%+ accuracy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
