Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead moonshot projects in biotech convergence and sustainable tech solutions
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
- Secure federal grants and venture capital for emerging tech initiatives
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing methodologies
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum encryption standards
- Develop patent portfolios for disruptive 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or similar tech giants
- Published 20+ papers in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neural network optimization
- Proven track record securing $5M+ in research funding
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act and NIST AI framework
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing platforms
