Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive innovations (quantum, bio-AI, neural interfaces)
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation systems
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting technological disruptions (post-2025)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and policy development
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
