Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech AI, decentralized systems) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 18-24 month deployment horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 7-figure+ budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature Technology, IEEE Spectrum)
- Fluency in futures modeling frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
