Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen consumer and enterprise solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year implementation potential
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and human augmentation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies and design thinking
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Robotics, or Quantum Systems with 10+ years' experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products with 5M+ users or $100M+ revenue
- Mastery of quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from government/VC sources
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#)
