- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory shifts, ethical dilemmas, and disruption vectors
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present executive briefings on tech evolution trajectories and competitive positioning
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology forecasting, R&D strategy, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
