Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with quarterly KPI reviews
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and synthetic biology integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech innovations with business objectives
- Produce forward-looking market analyses and competitive intelligence reports
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and SXSW as a keynote speaker
- Mentor a team of 12 specialists across engineering, design, and data science
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise level
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and ethical implications of 2026 tech trends
- Executive experience at unicorn-scale tech companies or national labs
- Certifications in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit) and AI Governance (DeepMind)
- Portfolio of launched products with >$100M revenue impact
