Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon, focusing on AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and biotech convergence
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies to accelerate innovation cycles
- Present technology forecasts and risk assessments to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Oversee $50M+ R&D budget allocation for emerging technology initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Horizon Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent expertise in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 15+ years experience
- Proven track record of successfully predicting and capitalizing on technological shifts (evidence required)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech companies
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications (minimum 5 citations)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain government-level clearance for classified projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for international collaboration
