Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) and their commercial applications
- Architect scalable frameworks for autonomous systems integration across industries
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen user experiences using AR/VR/XR technologies
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive tech planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven future-vision track record
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption trends (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or global research institutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major technology ecosystem transformations
