Responsibilities

- Develop cross-functional technology adoption strategies for enterprise and consumer markets
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for disruptive technology impacts on business models
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity and ROI tracking of 2026 initiatives
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Build and mentor a specialized futurist research team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 3+ years of accuracy validation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, biotech, or spatial computing
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (e.g., IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
