This role combines cutting-edge research with practical implementation, driving our R&D roadmap toward 2026 and beyond.
As a key member of our Future Strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D engineers, and product leads to develop long-term technology roadmaps. You'll analyze market shifts, evaluate disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neural interfaces), and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2027) and assess commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and next-gen AI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing digital infrastructure
- Author whitepapers on metaverse interoperability and decentralized identity systems
- Advose C-suite on regulatory impacts of Web3.0 and spatial computing
- Partner with academic institutions on AGI safety research initiatives
- Represent company at global tech foresight conferences (e.g., Davos, CES)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Proficiency in Python for trend modeling and predictive analytics
- Track record of influencing enterprise-level technology adoption cycles
