Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Horizon Reports analyzing emerging trends across AI, biotech, and spatial computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future technological opportunities
- Design predictive models for market disruption scenarios and mitigation strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs focused on 2026+ tech
- Present future-vision briefings to board members and external stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
- Curate an annual FutureTech Summit featuring industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing industry-recognized trend analysis or whitepapers
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience facilitating executive-level scenario planning sessions
- Strong network connections with tech labs (MIT Media Lab, Bosch R&D, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
