Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with global market shifts and emerging scientific breakthroughs
- Lead moonshot projects in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proof strategies into organizational DNA
- Establish industry-wide thought leadership through keynotes, whitepapers, and patent development
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our QuantumLeap Accelerator program
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding for frontier technology initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or Emerging Technology with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate-tech innovation
- Exceptional strategic planning with documented impact on enterprise transformation
- Strong network within DARPA, NASA, or top-tier research institutions
- Published author in Nature/Science or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and simulation modeling frameworks
