- Build and mentor a dedicated futurist research team

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
