You'll have the autonomy to shape our innovation agenda and influence product development cycles spanning quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026 horizon) and develop predictive models for market impact
- Design strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology forecasting and adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Experience developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Strong academic background (MS/MEng required, PhD preferred)
- Published research in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Certification in technology forecasting or futures studies preferred
