Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, identifying paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, and Web3 ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends to create actionable innovation frameworks for enterprise adoption
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Translate complex technological concepts into executive presentations and investor communications
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI on futuristic initiatives
- Mentor R&D teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Present at global tech summits to establish thought leadership in future tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact on emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of developing 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Experience securing >$10M in R&D funding for experimental projects
