Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI ecosystems
- Lead R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and bio-digital convergence systems
- Partner with Stanford/MIT research labs to pioneer next-gen human-computation interfaces
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Drive innovation sprints for climate-positive blockchain infrastructure
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in exponential technology adoption
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Neuroscience with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technology ventures
- Deep expertise in neuromorphic engineering and synthetic biology integration
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-computation interfaces
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and neural architecture frameworks
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D initiatives with measurable market impact
- Certification in ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE, ACM)
